Job Description :

Lead Systems & Integration Testing
Test Management for System and Integration testing of key OSS/BSS COTS products e.g. SAP CRM, Telecordia OSS stack, HP stack for Assurance, any billing & charging system, TIBCO etc.

Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for Test services and deliverables.
Responsible for agreements ,managing expectations and escalations
ISV interactions & interactions with Delivery team
Resolves scope issues and program issues as required
Manage day-to-day Testing activities - Adhering schedules and managing target
Act as the one point of contact for the project team for ST & Integration Testing
Regularly update to Stake holders on the overall progress of System and Integration Testing
Status reports and Communication with Stakeholders
Partner with business analysts, test primes and development teams to ensure that all test requirements are addressed on a prioritized basis
Clarify system behaviour with business analyst and development teams
Assess and define test priority
Prepare and maintain the ST & Integration Test Plan
Participate in overall WBS review
Participate/facilitate test status calls
Facilitate Test Environment planning and set up
Publish daily defect status “Dashboard” report
Follow up and ensure the following:
Manage Defects from E2E
Triage calls if required (with development partners & Bell team) are scheduled and managed Risk identification & mitigation.

Nature and scope of responsibilities-
Experience in preparing and maintaining the System and Integration Test Plan
Experience in carrying out System and Integration testing of key OSS/BSS COTS products e.g. SAP CRM, Telecordia OSS stack, HP stack for Assurance, Any Billing and Charging system, TIBCO etc.
Experience in managing day-to-day Testing activities - Adhering schedules and managing target.
Experience in Test Environment planning and set up.
Experience in regular update to Stake holders on the overall progress of System and Integration Testing - Status reports and Communication with Stakeholders

Knowledge & Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact & manage stakeholders.
Hands on Experience in delivering Major System Test release for Telecom domain across OSS/BSS.
Expertise in configuration tool for Environment & Release management
Expertise on Rational Product suite will be preferable.
Should have a good understanding of Telco Customer Business Models
