Job Position : Asst . Manager / Manager Leasing

Job Description :

Good understanding of Tenant Mix & Rentals
•Should have good contacts with Retailers (Anchors ,Lifestyle, F&B)
•Should have Leave & License Agreement knowledge
•Must know the retail and property markets , Should have an understanding of general legal agreements and be in a position to close deals
•To generate revenue and achieve targets.
•To ensure relationship building
•To ensure timely revenue collection
•To target multiple brands
•To ensure signing of Company term sheet with all identified retailers.
•To collate information, update data and generate reports
•A mature self-starter who can communicate at all levels
•Must be good with numbers in order to analyze transactions

•Graduate in any stream. Post Graduate would be preferred
