Job Position : Head - IT

Job Description :

Plan and execute overall IT strategy in alignment with business goals in terms of growth, expansion, information security, economy, speed, etc

Prepare and execute IT policies & systems across group

Lead team and provide seamless IT services to users

Co-ordinate implementation of ERP implementation (Baan)

Create strong IT vendor base



Candidate\'s Profile

Candidate should have about 10 years of experience in strong IT enabled organisation

Candidate having experience in FMCG / Consumer Durable set-up will be preferred

Exposure of implemention of ERP is must

Should have excellent track record of taking IT initiatives in collaboration with business heads



Educational Background

BE (IT) / MCA with strong education background

Person with high common sense & confidence level

Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, decision making and execution skills

Should be able to do multi-tasking with focus on result orientation

Ability to work under pressure and time lines is a must

High on passion and energy levels
