Job Description :

Planning, Organizing and Execution of IT projects across verticals
•Presenting overall business plan from IT perspective and impact analysis of all IT applications/ processes including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for all IT processes.
•Working cohesively with internal stakeholders/ regions on the IT initiatives and proposing the optimum solutions for the same
•Managing CRM along with other applications
•Vendor Management
•IT Compliances and overall adherence to policies
•Responsible for consulting IT Audits and recommending actionables
•Managing IT team
•Training and performance evaluation of the team
