Job Position : Sr. Manager / Project Manager Insurance Analytics

Job Description :

Work with Insurance Analytics leader to develop Analytics consulting business for P&C Insurance clients, at Bangalore delivery center.
•Convert pilot projects into long term analytics engagements through solid delivery and client relationship management skills
•Manage complex projects independently with P&C Insurers
•Manage small team(s) of 2-3 analysts, sr. analysts
•Recruit, train, mentor and retain analysts with specific skill sets
•Manage multiple practice development initiatives
•Manage multiple business development threads

•Technical platforms like SAS, R, Python. Intermediate to expert level in atleast one of these
•Good conceptual and applied knowledge of predictive modeling
•Strong understanding of P&C Insurance lifecycle – Pricing, Claims, Marketing, Actuarial, Operations, etc.
•Strong communication skills
