Job Position : Inside Sales Specialist
Job Description :
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce company and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
�Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
�Expert in driving and managing C-level conversations
�Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how company offering/solution will speak to those needs.
�Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
�Work with the Sales leads to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
�Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
�Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards to be published to the leadership
Skills
�Exceptional communication skills
�Proven inside sales experience
�Experience in Leadership interaction and facilitation to understand the strategic objective and deliver accordingly
�Proven inside sales experience
�Track record of over-achieving quota
�Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
�Proficient with corporate productivity
�Excellent verbal and written communications skills
�Strong listening and presentation skills
�Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
�4-6 years� experience in inside sales preferably analytics
�Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
�Multitasking and ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders
�MBA preferred from a premiere institute
