Job Description :
This position is responsible for achieving the sales revenue targets in the Area designated in the Zone, by managing a team of SE
Responsibilities
•Achieve monthly Sales revenue Targets through a team of SE and manage Sales funnel/reports on SFDC
•Mentor , coach and guide the team of SE to achieve sales targets
•Help DSO in payment collections/forms and achieve the targets
•Associate needs to have in-depth exposure on Pharma Packaging, buying patterns, Pharma compliance understanding
•Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
•Excellent sales ability - to contribute to strong revenue growth & team driving capability
•Financial competency - understand revenue generation, make pricing decisions & guide the team, while maintaining an acceptable contribution to VJ in terms of profitability

Education
•Education – Bachelor degree in Engineering or Diploma, MBA or an equivalent degree
