Job Position : Incident Manager
Job Description :
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
5 till 7 years of experience required in a support and operations role .
ITSM- Incident Mangement/Incident Co-ordination
ITIL Certified
Should be aware of Pro-active/Reactive Incident Management Process.
Needs to have excellent commuincation skills and fluency in English
Good background in technology, prefereably telecom.

Flexible to work in 24/7 Enviroment
Record and classify received Incidents and undertake immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible.
Keep stakeholders/Support teams informed about their Incidents status at agreed intervals
Associate Incidents with other records (i.e. Incidents, Changes, Problems, Knowledge Articles, Known Errors, etc.)
Verify resolution with users and resolve Incidents in ITSM tool
Escalate Incidents at risk of breaching to manager
Owns all SEV 1/2 Incidents and throughout the lifecycle.
