Job Position : Incident Manager

Job Description :

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5 till 7 years of experience required in a support and operations role .
• ITSM- Incident Mangement/Incident Co-ordination
• ITIL Certified
• Should be aware of Pro-active/Reactive Incident Management Process.
• Needs to have excellent commuincation skills and fluency in English
• Good background in technology, prefereably telecom.

Skill
• Flexible to work in 24/7 Enviroment
• Record and classify received Incidents and undertake immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible.
• Keep stakeholders/Support teams informed about their Incidents’ status at agreed intervals
• Associate Incidents with other records (i.e. Incidents, Changes, Problems, Knowledge Articles, Known Errors, etc.)
• Verify resolution with users and resolve Incidents in ITSM tool
• Escalate Incidents at risk of breaching to manager
• Owns all SEV 1/2 Incidents and throughout the lifecycle.
