Job Description :

Objective :

1) Tactically handle the Sales & Marketing activities for Companies’plant at Pune.
2) Responsible for Business targets / Goals in line with Sales & Marketing vertical.
3) Sales Compliance – Achieve sales as per customer requirement / targets.
4) Improve Customer satisfaction Index.

Brief Role:

1) Will be responsible for Sales & Marketing activities ( BIW , Welded Assemblies )
2) Responsible for New Business Generation, Negotiation & Finalization.
3) Interaction and Coordination with Customer for schedules and in turn coordinating the same with internal depts.
4) Interaction & Visit to customers for various technical reviews and discussions.
5) Responsible for payment receivable, collectables.

Additional Specification :

1) Excellent Communication Skills, Leadership qualities, Team work.
2) Strong presentation & negotiation skills.
3) Candidate having experience and knowledge from Sheet metal industry is MUST.
4) Having Roll forming experience also will have advantage.
5) Qualification – Engineering Graduate ( Mech. / Automobile ) + MBA ( Sales & Mktg. )
6) Exp – 15 to 17 yrs.
