Job Position : DGM - TM & OD

Job Description :

Building Leadership capability across levels in Organization, conducting assessments with psychometric tools, mapping competencies to roles and organize competency based trainings.
•Building relationships at key levels in Corporate & Circles to support business objectives.

Responsibilities
•Design, implementation and evaluation of leadership Development Programs across bands/ groups.
•Build dialogue based interventions for various levels of leadership bands from newly designated Managers to the more experienced Leaders.
•Facilitate Train the Trainer workshops for HR Business Partners on Behavioural Trainings enabling them with skill set to execute soft skills workshops
•Act as a competency portfolio manager to assess the Talents on the Leadership competencies using Assessment Development centres and working on an IDP based on the career progression
•Support and coach HR Business partners and functional managers on the approach and identify development and strengths to build leadership bench strength.
•Design step wise leadership interventions based on Telenor competencies
•Support in SWP skill enhancement
•Introduce the Mentoring Framework in the Organization
•Develop the ROI model for effective implementation of learning
•Act as an executive Coach for leaders in the Organization to enhance their effectiveness as a Leader
•Building in house capability of Catalysts and Assessors for Organizing ADC’s
•Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting

Skills
•Circle – HRBP’s ,Circle Business Head and All functional heads
•CO level - CO Business Partners, HR Team and Functional Heads
•Vendor selection for Leadership programs business delivery as per the scope

Education
•Master in Human Resource Management / MBA in allied field
•Certification in Psychometric tool/s
•Certified Executive Coach

Experience
•12-15 plus years
•Personal and professional HR credibility through courage, integrity and initiative and with this, challenge business leader’s through appropriate behaviours and values.
