Job Position : Sr. Manager - Global Voice Solutions

Job Description :

Carrier Relationship and Sales Management for wholesale voice business.
•Regional Strategy Development
•Strategic Solutions Sales (SAARC Region)
•BU-Legal/Regulatory Interface for Voice Business

Responsibilities
•Sales/buying and Business Development for GVS Services and Products with allocated accounts
•Products...ILD, VTS, NLD, VAS
•Management of ILD/NLD Interconnect Relationships with India Based telecom operators.
•Solution Prospect and suspect funnel management
•Ideate and establish a roadmap for Strategic Sales and Solution Selling for SAARC Region
•Solution need identification for each solution prospect
•Design commercial solutions for infrastructure based outsourcing deals and selling along with Sales Team
•Commercial proposal and business case finalization and approval for identified solution
•Support Sales Team for Long Term Deal Governance and commercial management including negotiations
•Contract drafting, negotiation with customer on the contract
•Coordination with internal teams...voice ENGG, market management, market development, product marketing for delivery of solution.
•Provide SAARC related inputs to Strategic Projects and companywide initiatives on revenue maximization, cost efficiency and product innovations.
•NLD PoI cost optimization projects
•Drive projects for market development of wholesale and enterprise services within region.
•Telecom-Carrier Business domain knowledge
•Understanding of the Telecom Value Chain
•Understanding of wholesale voice business
•In-depth knowledge of regulatory and licensing environment for the region
•Experience of working on business projects
•Techno Commercial knowledge of telecom products and solutions
•Exposure to Project Management and experience of working in cross-functional teams for project deliveries
