Job Position : GM - Contract & Tendering

Job Description :


Pre Tender contract Administration
•Preparation of the contract templates based on the contract.
•Preparation of competitive commercial Bid for Government and Private sector projects
•Attending post bid submission negotiation meetings and contract finalization

Post Tender contract Administration
•Reviewing contractual obligations and contract templates with the execution team.
•Preparing and forwarding relevant notices within nominated time frame in conjunction with Project Manager.
•Notify Clients formally where issues/special circumstances or breaches of contract have taken place.
•Liaison with sub-contractors to ensure all relevant insurances are current and legal.
•Preparation of contracts, for suppliers and subcontractors
• Update and maintain contract register highlighting payment conditions.

Experience
•Total experience of 18 to 20 years from Real Estate industry.
•Should be a good motivator and drive the team towards timely completion of activities.

Education
•BE/ME Civil or equivalent
