Job Position : Finance Manager / Sr. Manager Finance

Job Description :

Ensure the accounts for the business are tracked and updated regularly (for development services, leasing business and mall management
•Provide analysis on business performance data – such as profitability levels, collections level as per defined standards
•To develop and improve systems for financial accounting within the unit to enable accurate representation of business performance and integrate the same with the corporate finance policies.
•To raise alarms by highlighting relevant financial performance metrics to the CEO, to present data, prepare financial reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
•Need to develop the billing process for the business for Development Services and Leasing, and ensure compliance to the process by sales / revenue generation roles.
•follow the various types of billing schedule as per agreementsFor example, develop process for tracking time sheets in case of time based billed for development services
•Needs to actively track costs, revenue, collections cycle for both businesses in property zone For e.g. costs of travel, sponsored & non sponsored travel etc
•Actively coordinate, follow up with regions for data on costs etc, provide support to regional profit centre heads, ensure cash flow in the regions are met as per ICS norms and regional requirements
•Forecast overall cash flow requirements and manage working capital flow as per business performance and ICS norms.
•Trigger tight cash flows, excess cash flows to both the business head and the Corporate finance departments
•Compliance with ICS code and with the overall accounting and tax laws of the country / region

Knowledge
