Job Position : Finance Manager

Job Description :

The Manager performs quantitative analysis in a supporting role for the Finance Controller with various projects and ad hoc requests.
•Assist with month-end close, as required.
•Tasks range from the generation of journal entries, to the generation of financial reports.
•Support Controller with various ad-hoc information requests; develop reports to assist in financial planning.
•Perform special projects as requested.
•Analyze and develop reports to assist in the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process.
•Identify, research, and recommend process improvements to ensure internal controls and processes support the achievement of operational and financial goals.
•Review monthly account reconciliation.
•Act as Finance liaison for internal and external audit requests
•Lead Finance Cash Collection Review
•Fixed Asset Maintenance including depreciation and existence
•Capex tracking
•Coordination with purchasing mgr
•Petty cash maintenance
•Inventory utilization review and valuation, petty
•Pricing Mgmt, and Mgmt of all PSC lease accounting.
•Experience in both AR/AP

Skills
•Indian and US GAAP accounting knowledge preferred.
•Knowledge of US GAPP is not mandatory and he should have fair idea of Indian GAPP
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Outstanding organizational skills and Superior attention to detail
•SAP, Access, Excel, and PeopleSoft experience ( He should be from MNC having working knowledge of any good accounting multi-user software other than tally)
•Minimum 8-9 years relevant Financial Analysis experience, preferably in the medical industry.
•He should be having excellent accountancy knowledge and should have working knowledge of TDS
