Job Position : Finance & Accounts Specialist
Job Description :
Conduct research, analysis, development and summarization of financial information for financial report (internal & external) and audit purposes.
•Responsible for integrated financial management system including upgrades, testing, training, “trouble-shooting”, monitoring and developing new reports and updating current reports.
•Serve as liaison Adler India for financial information based on integrated financial management system.
Deliverable
•Maintain and monitor integrated financial management system which involves setting up new account groups and account code combinations, testing and implementing system upgrades, training and coordinating with local finance team.
•Develop financial reports and upgrade the current reports as necessary for local requirements.
•Develop financial tools for integrated financial system to consolidate global financial reporting.
•Assist finance team to align with the global requirement as per Global Finance Manual.
•Research financial information for financial reporting and audit purposes.
•Analyze financial records, reports and make adjustment if needed for further consolidation of reporting.
•Preparation of monthly Global Financial Reports, quarterly compliance reports, quarterly closure reports, yearend reports and other financial reports as assigned.
•Assist internal and external auditors in analysis work.
•Ensure accounts scrutiny on regular intervals; make monthly provisions for all known expenses, yearend accruals and receivables.
•Coordinate and ensure monthly payroll with HR and ensure HR reports as required by HR.
•Develop and monitor financial policies for various financial management activities as per the Global Finance Manual of the Group.
•Evaluate all financial and transaction data for accuracy and implement corrective actions.
•Administer effective budget execution, perform audit on fund usage and maintain internal control.
•Ensure adherence to relevant laws including but not limited to Corporate and taxation laws
•Prepare monthly analysis reports, make necessary recommendations and coordinate with various functions at Adler to prepare presentation material.
•Develop long term instructions and procedures to ensure proper coordination between Global and Local requirements
Desired Profile
•C.A. with minimum 2-4 years working experience in Corporate environment
•Number focus / Good Analytical Skills
•Clear understanding of accounting concept as well as General Accepted Accounting Principles
•People management skills
