Establish good customer relation,

Process establishment and validate it

Reduce Customer PPM levels & internal rejections, Establish quality teams,

Assure quality for all receiving components

Up gradation of supplier quality, Planning & carrying out audits at suppliers end

Process elimination/improvement

Ensuring close looping of Gaps noticed during audits.

Training & educating workmen for creating awareness for quality, 5S & effective work methods.

Interaction & coordination with supplier /customers on matters related to customer complaints.

Analyze and control of Non-Conforming products Preparing MIS

Effective implementation of Kaizen activities Tool and fixture concept
