Job Position : CRM Pre - Sales & Delivery Executive
Job Description :
Fully understand and clearly articulate the benefits of CRM to all levels including line of business managers.
•Understand the business requirements of the customer/prospect (via RFPs, face to face customer meetings or from Sales teams and) and translating/presenting those needs into compelling demonstrations of Salesforce.com\'s functional and technical capabilities.
•Work closely with the both Internal as well as Principal Sales Team to drive lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities.
•On occasions assist in Salesforce.com implementations by taking on responsibilities of running requirements workshop, End User Training and Admin training
•Travel within the Sales Territory is assumed to be an essential part of the role.
Skills
•Pre-sales or Consulting experience on any enterprise application platform
•Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
•Basic programming experience in HTML and other web based technologies
•Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems in varied political environments.
•Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation, to deliver high quality work, meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers.
•Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
•Self motivated, self starter and should have lots of FIB (fire in belly).
Qualification
•BTech/MCA and/or BBA/MBA combination is preferred.
Experiance
•Knowledge of SaaS concept is essential.
•Min of 1-3 years of Pre-Sales/Delivery experience in Software Products such as Sage Saleslogix CRM, Netsuite, Oracle On Demand CRM, Salesforce.com.
