Job Position : Manager - Employee Engagement & Communications

Job Description :

Drive organization level initiatives to boost up the employee morale and their motivational levels
•Ensure employee Connect through various employee engagement activities like Townhalls, skip level meetings, coffee sessions etc.
•Manage and conduct employee satisfaction/engagement surveys for all the employees
•Drive engagement through effective communication strategies
•Manage varior R&R activities

Experience
•6 Years of relevant experience
•Should have relevant experience in Employee Communications
•Excellent content creation skills combined with effective presentation and communication style
•Ability to plan, organize, manage and execute effective employee engagement activities at organizational level
•Ability to collaborate with required stakeholders internally and externally

Education
•MBA in HR from premiere college (Regular full time course)
•Candidates with Mass Communications/similar education may also be considered if they have required years of relevant experience
