Job Description :

Required -

Candidate must have sheet metal exposure

Sound knowledge of Welding technology, Hydraulic pneumatics

Must be able to read drawings and can do costing.

Must be a B.tech mechanical (Regular) post graduated is preferable

Experience- 9 to 11 yr with weld technology background

Core Responsibilities –

• New Product Development & ECN implementation, new parts generation for customer and business enhancement. Improvement in quality production, safety and material handling

• Capex approvals, meetings with vendors, customer auditing and monitoring, process development & execution

• CFT formation, concept designing, outsourcing decision (SOS), planning monitoring, arrangement, installation or execution, feedbacks and horizontal deployment

• Material calculation making material purchase requisition monitoring work progress

• Competency improvement, working as per IMS standards maintaining 5S & Safety
