Job Description :

Coordination in creating the Operations Forecast and Targets
•Coordinating with Finance on Monthly Operations cost reporting
•Own key strategic projects of Operations
•Coordination with Business Planning/Strategy with Team
•Cross-functional coordination for various technical & commercial inputs for forecast preparation
•Accuracy of Information/Figures
•Streamlining of budget/forecast monitoring and control processes within Operations
•Providing/Maintaining monthly Operation provisions & addressing provision related queries
•Help in Cross-functional coordination for review & finalization of quarterly targets and Review of quarterly targets Vs actual costs
•Helping in Streamlining of Target setting process
•Preparation of monthly operations performance report highlighting the achievements and Challenges from Operations view point
•Proactively support Operations team in identifying and promoting operational improvement opportunities through analysis
•Help in developing and maintaining relevant methods and tools/ frameworks to be used in effective analysis, project execution and follow up

Skills
•Good business understanding and operational experience within functional areas such as Finance or Technology (IT & Network)
•Experience from project management and financial modeling – ability to collaborate, organize and help in running the projects that are cross functional in nature
•Analytical capability, problem solving approach and strong execution skills
•Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
•Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally

Education
•B.Tech +MBA
