•Lead, coach, instruct, and develop process owners and improvement teams in the definition,documentation, measurement, analysis, improvement and control of business processes.

•SOP documentation and conducting Process Audits to ensure compliance
•Call monitoring, email monitoring, monitoring of backend processes, feedback and coaching.
•Manage entire customer lifecycle involving sales, customer support and user engagement activities.
•Ensure process compliance, high levels of standardization and drive process innovation in the CSD domain

•10+ years of experience.
•MBA from tier institutes
