Job Description :
Position of ERT Manager for Advanced Solution Delivery.
•Responsible for working on ASD customers’ faults which got escalated to higher Management
•Will be SPOC for customers and internal teams for all such cases
•Responsible for strong interlock with other cross functional teams for resolution of various faults and working towards permeant fix
•Coordinate and sharing all additional internal and external notifications
•Communicate and provide Problem briefings to company higher Management, as appropriate
•Responsible for customer meet with Plan of actions for escalated cases
•Responsible for maintaining tracker for all escalated customers and proper handover to Operation teams once all open issues closed for those customers.
Qualification
•Graduate Engineer (Electronics, Electronics & Telecom, Computers)
•Certifications – CCNA, CCVP (preferred)
•B.E Engineer with 6-10 years experience in Voice Telecom Operations.
Skills
•Good understanding of Various telecom Standards and Protocols (RFC, ITU, IETF, SS7, SIP, H323)
•Knowledge on Soft-switch / Multi-service Access switch / Session Border Controllers (SBC) Media Gateways and or IP PBX
•Knowledge on IP addressing / routing / switching / MPLS concepts.
•Basic understanding and knowledge of Video endpoints, VOIP services, Data Networks, TDM/Tx layer and HCC services
