Job Description :

Designing & execution of S&D, CSD and marketing function training programs.
Designing & execution of the training calendar for Company Manpower, Outsourced Manpower, Channel etc. based on their training needs as per the business requirements.
•Implementation of the training programs at Circles and modification as per Circle needs and requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Designing & Implementation of S&D, CSD & Marketing function training programs.
•Design & implementation of training programs in coordination with function leads on understanding their training requirements
•Designing of the training calendar for Company Manpower, Outsourced Manpower, Channel etc. based on their training needs as per the business requirements. Implementation of training program
•Design training programs in coordination with function leads on understanding their training requirements
•Implementation of the training programs at Circles and modification as per Circle needs and requirements

Qualification
•Graduate/ Masters in business management

Experience
•7+ years of experience in sales and distribution in Telecom/FMCG industry training.
•Should have handled Behavioral & Sales Training.
•Should have managed Training Function as a whole preferably in telecom for few years.
