Job Position : Content Manager

Job Description :

The candidate will be responsible for in design & development of required Content for various training programs.
•Understanding content design requirements from Head Training and other stakeholders.
•Designing & developing required content within agreed guidelines that addresses the identified training needs & adheres to Andragogy principles & Instructional design methodology,is interactive in nature & supported with extensive training plans & comprehensive Hand outs.

Activities
•The Content manager will support the design & development process & his/her role will encompass the following
•Understanding training needs.
•Comprehending training deliverables.
•Designing world class training content
•Preparing Training Plans to support standard delivery.
•Content to follow Instructional design methodology
•Working closely with Head Training & other stakeholders.
•Needs to have a clear understanding of the internal and regulatory policies.
•Ensuring implementation of all Companyies policies – In letter and in spirit.
•Adhere to agreed timelines.
•Designing attendance & feedback formats, as per agreed mechanisms .
•Do audit of training delivery,as per format & TP’s.
•Content to ensure –Interaction & learning with fun.
•Keep updated on Industry trends & support HO Training team.
•Collating , developing & circulating FAQ,s ,for typical queries.

Experience
•4-7years experience with atleast 1-2 years in Content design.
•Experience in insurance content would be preferred.
•MBA /Post Graduate (Relaxation for graduates with relevant skills )
•Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Power Point.
•Industry – Insurance, Banking and FMCG
•Preferably should have a diploma/certificate in ID.
