Job Position : Chief Manager - HRM Analytics

Job Description :

Develop a keen understanding of key functions and processes within the organisation to understand the nature of ‘health risk’ being on boarded within the company.
•Understanding the importance of analytics and its application to enable key business decisions
•Ability to conceptualise, perform and drive the HRM analytics in the direction that is imperative to the business issues
•Ability to encapsulate and articulate the results of the analytics performed in a format and manner that is useful to the functional stakeholders to understand
•Work closely with and through the key functions to help implement, track and report on initiatives/ changes being recommended by the analytics team
•Individual must possess strong analytical & conceptual capabilities and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications
•5-7 years of overall experience, with experience in handling cross functional projects
•Experience in Healthcare & Insurance domain
•Ability to see the big picture and have good business orientation.
•MBA with a background in statistics, economics, insurance, healthcare, medicine will be ideal for the role

•Demonstrated success in building strong executive relationships, capable of quickly gaining the trust and confidence of the stake holders
•Creation and consolidation of project management reports for the management.

•Strong business orientation and ownership of the organisational objectives
•High degree of integrity as well as ability to bridge cultural differences, management styles and corporate cultures.
