Job Position : Channel Sales Manager

Job Description :

The Channel Manager wins, maintains and expands relationship with assigned channel partner.
•The position is responsible for achieving sales, profitability and guide the partner.
•The channel Manger represents the entire range of products and services.
•The prinary role of this position is to drive and facilitate Bangladesh sales through the distrubutor partner.

Responsibilities
•Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in Bangladesh.
•Establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned distributor partner.
•Coordinates the involvement of personnel - including support , service & management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner\'s expectation.
•Proactively assesses, clarifies & validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
•Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets & critical milestones associated with productive partner relationship
•Ensure partner compliance with partner agreement

Education
