Job Position : Sr Commercial Contracts Attorney

Job Description :

seeks a talented, business-oriented lawyer to join its global Legal Team in our corporate office, Delhi.
The person will focus on drafting and negotiation of vendor, client and other commercial contracts (including services contracts, licenses and similar documents)
. The candidate must have 8-10 years of experience in a reputed law firm and/or in house with a company (provided that at least 5 years should have been with a law firm)
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts or other experience demonstrating ability to handle commercial and legal negotiations
• M&A, Joint Ventures and experience with international commercial contracts would be desirable.

Qualifications - LLB from reputed Law School

Age group- maximum 30 years
Review, markup/draft (from forms and from scratch), negotiate and close commercial contracts, including master services agreements, statements of work, distributorship agreements, marketing and PR contracts, joint venture agreements, licenses, etc.
< Support other Legal Team members in complex commercial contracting matters Support business clients in negotiating price, deliverables, services scope, warranty, indemnities and other commercial terms
Rapid, practical, business-oriented legal/commercial contract advice to other Legal Team members and directly to business clients
Apply innovative problem-solving skills and practical business judgment to maximize revenues and minimize risk
Collaborate with and facilitate cross-team decision-making among the Legal Team, Finance Team and other internal business teams
Superior management and organisational skills
