Job Position : Category Head Credit Card

Job Description :

Owning the P&L for the complete Product line (Credit Cards)
•Act as an SME for the category and strategically support the organization with Initiatives to develop the B2C sales and conversions
•Collaborate with cross functional teams and execute projects to improve the customer experience & efficiency of the performance
•Ensure better TAT for all product launches, marketing campaigns and customer interaction for superior customer experience
•Execute competitive analysis as well as recommended strategies and tactics to improve our value equation to the customer by uncovering insights and executing them Prepare
•Periodic sales and financial reports by monitoring product development of every product in the category and evaluate the actual performance of marketing campaigns based on statistical and competitive analysis.

Responsibilities
•Experience in Managing Credit Cards
•Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment.
•Prior experience in handling a role with P&L accountability.
•Proven analytical skills and highly numerate
•Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail.
•Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
•Should have experience in Strategy formulation, business analysis, account management, product •management, new business opportunities
•Exposure & Ability to interact with senior management, influencing ability
