To ensure that Team performs the ATM Reconciliation deliverables within prescribed Turnaround time and with accuracy
•To conduct Daily Work Place Meeting with team to update and train on any new Product development and for any day to day General Issue resolution.
•Setting up of Yearly Goal sheet of the Team along with Seniors
•Disputes and chargebacks management
•Transaction level reconciliation
•MIS reporting
•Monitoring POS & ATM issuing and acquiring transactions
•Risk report analysis
•Reconciliation process automation
