General Description of the Job

Handling a branch for all retail products, Responsible for the profitability of the branch.

Role & Responsibilities

• Handling a team of all verticals. Handling all products from health, property to motor.

• Should balance between sales & claims.

• Maintain the right product mix, maintaining relationships with the key channel partners.

• Motivating the branch towards the set objectives.

• To act as coach, facilitator & mentor for the team.

• Achievement of over all sales targets. Provide backup support to the team by coordinating with other departments like OPS,UW,CS,IT.

Education Requirements

MBA with 5-7 years of experience, with minimum 2 years experience in team handling.

Age Criteria - 28 to 32
