Job Position : AVP General Insurance

Job Description :

Looking for General Insurance Professionals onto AVP level , successfully growing Business Operations Team,The Successful candidate will manage the transactions and operations with respect to general insurance and will have opportunity to interact closely with key teams among Insurance companies.

Responsibilities
•Complete ownership to develop and maintain post-sales relationships with key accounts at a national level (insurance companies), critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue and future growth.
•Perform activities for assigned strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives
•Frequent interactions with Senior Management of Insurance Partners
•Proactively create strategic recommendations and drive their successful implementation with clients
•Support, develop and execute the firm\\\'s strategies towards driving maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and thereby forming conclusions.

Required Competencies
•In Top 20% of their company consistently in terms of Business target Achievement and Rating
•Handled a Team
•Has shown appreciable job stability & a consistent growth in existing company
•Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
•8-11years experience

Education
•MBA from premier tier 1 & 2 schools (full time only)
