Job Description :

Lead Systems and Performance Testing across Applications and Platforms

Key Responsibilities
Interface with Business and Solution architect to define key Systems and Performance KPIs
Carry out Performance Engineering analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
Provide leadership to the Performance Testing function and manage vendor (s)
Present status and findings to CxO

Educational Qualifications
B. Tech or above

Years of Experience
15+ years of IT experience out of which minimum 6 years in Performance Testing and Engineering (minimum 2 years in leadership role)

Desired Skills
Minimum 2 years in leadership role related to Performance Testing /Engineering
Experience in Telecom domain
Should have managed projects of Performance Engineering and Performance Testing in complex architectural set-up

Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory)
In depth understanding of Performance Engineering and Testing
