Job Position : Sr. Analyst - HR Operations

Job Description :

Responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefit programs, payroll and human resources policies.
•Excellent communication skills to interact with international customers, mainly Amer & UK.
•Act as Subject Matter Expert for the region
•Prepares appropriate documentation and processes necessary paperwork.
•Inputs, updates, and/or retrieves information from various state automated human resource or payroll systems.
•Documents all contacts and outcomes within the center’s case management software application
•Coordinates the work of the unit by determining priorities, scheduling and assigning work, and overseeing the completion of the work.
•Develops customer interaction and voice response systems.
•Assist in preparing the call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
•Review the quality of responses over the phone/email
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in call center operations management
•Flexible & comfertable to work during America’s timezone.
