Job Description :
The incumbent will be responsible for handling walk-ins, alongwith constant follow-ups for achieving the devised sales targets for selling high-end residential projects.
•Needs to have a strong network of brokers and channel partners and generate leads from end users.
•Will be involved in extensive market research to understand and analyse competition.
Skills
•The candidate should have 6 to 7 yrs of experience and at least 4 to 5 yrs in the real estate industry.
•Must possess excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality with a positive and go-getter attitude.
•Should be target oriented and possess leadership skills.
•Good exposure in client interaction with good marketing skills is a must.
Education
•Should be a MBA graduate fro a reputed institute
