Job Position : Manager – Administration

Job Description :

Responsible for working across all work locations so to ensure effective and efficient processes are in place to support the day to day functioning.

Responsibilities
•Secure that the office is well-maintained and safe as per the Company / Statutory requirements
•Ensure correct implementation and follow-up of the Standard company administration policies
•Ensure proper and timely maintenance of all office equipment
•Prepare necessary quotations for purchasing of office equipment and consumables as per policies
•Check and control all related invoices against timely delivery for payment
•Administer the related expenses against budgets with implementation of cost saving measures
•Support departments with relevant information / reports
•Support follow-up and implementation of postage and courier routine
•Liasioning with government officials on statutory compliances

Skills
•Ability to manage change, prioritize and manage multiple complex activities in a time-sensitive environment, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality
•Good verbal and written communications skills are required
•Strategic planning proficiency
•Strong organizational and managerial capabilities
•Superior financial, project and people management experience

Qualification
•Bachelor,s degree required with a minimum of 10 years of experience
