Job Position : Air Watch Business Analyst

Job Description :

Gather business requirements & translate them to technical requirements for the creation of applications, features & enhancements.
•Data Analysis, business process descriptions, business use cases / scenarios & work flow analysis
•Collaborate with technical experts & business units to determine & derive technical solutions & reporting
•Work with development & business units to derive actual solutions for implementation
•Decompose high level business requirement into appropriate business rules & detail functional & non- functional requirements using flows, diagrams, models wherever applicable
•Gap Analysis of legacy applications, project planning & effort estimation
•Business Impact Analysis and Solution analysis for end to end BSS Solution

Skills
•Experience in SAP CC/CI, SAP CRM and3G/4G services would be preferred.
•Professional Certifications (in Telecom domain/technology/product) preferred
•Knowledge on Standards such as, eTOM, SID, TAM etc.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to interact & manage stakeholders
•Should have a good understanding of Telco Customer Business Models – Consumer, Enterprise and Wholesale
•Should have a good understanding of Telco Voice, Data and Mobile services – GSM, IPVPN, 4G & Converged services
•Should have a good knowledge of Architecting principles such as Data Models, data integrity and SOA
•Good communication skills - written and oral
•Good Analytical Skills

Qualification
•Work experience: 10 to 15 years (can consider lesser experience as well)
•Extensive experience in OSS/BSS, with at least 7 years of experience as a business analyst in relevant areas
•Must have lead at least 2 complete project as a lead business process analysts in a major CSP, preferably in Greenfield / transformation projects
•Excellent understanding of business processes for various connectivity services in a CPS environment is a must.
