Job Position : Manager Marketing

Job Description :

Plan & implement various marketing activities - Exhibitions, road shows, demo, Advertisements in magazines, bill board etc.
•Communication Planning,
•Media Planning,
•Internal communication
•Web marketing
•Direct Mail Campaigns
•Competitor Price movement analysis.
•Pay close attention to effectiveness of each marketing activity by frequent communication with Branch manager.
•Publication of customer news-letter on quarterly basis.
•Design & printing of product catalogs & ensure timely supply to branch offices.
•Case Studies, Brochures, presentation etc.
•Corporate film story boarding, brochures, case studies, Training & Development.
•Support IT department for Website development & periodic update.
•Market Research, WITS data analysis, Competitor activity tracking & countermeasure, Sector wise & product wise correlation study, Industrial investments tracking, Sectorial growth analysis etc., .
•Order Loss & Win analysis.
•Design of Incentive scheme for sales, its implementation & evaluating the effectivity following PDCA.
•When YTD sales/order units result is behind the YTD target, plan and implement campaigns to recover the delays with PDCA approaches in mind.
•Communication Planning, Media Planning, Internal communication, Website design and content, Web marketing, Direct Mail Campaigns, Case Studies, Brochures, presentation etc., Corporate film story boarding, brochures, case studies, Training & Development.
•In addition to job enrichment / enhancement as decided by the Management time-to-time based on the business needs.

Skills
•Preferably a person should be MBA (Marketing) from Premium university with 5-6years of experience in Industrial/construction equipment
•5-6 Years post Qualification
•Must have Excellent communication skills
•Must have analytical and decision making skills
•Must have experience in Industrial/construction equipment
